Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery! Same-day delivery is available in the Washington DC metropolitan area if you place your order before 5 PM on weekdays or before 2 PM on weekends. Please note that holidays, such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, are busy times for Flowers’ Cuddles, so reach out early to secure a spot!
What is your delivery fee?
Our local flower delivery fee in the DMV area is $20. We deliver as far as 25 miles from Springfield, VA. We aim to bring the beauty of our blooms to your doorstep without any hassle!
We also offer some fantastic FREE OPTIONS for you:
- Orders exceeding $150 are eligible for complimentary delivery.
- In-store pickup. Our address is 8001 Forbes Place, Suite 104, Springfield, VA 22151.
How long will my bouquet last?
We guarantee that your bouquet will last at least 7 days when you follow care instructions included with your bouquet. If your bouquet does not last 7 days, please contact us at info@flowerscuddles.com with a photo of your bouquet and your order number and we will work with you to promptly replace the bouquet.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Absolutely! Every flower delivery we provide allows you to include a personalized gift message. We'll print it on our environmentally-friendly 100% recycled postcard, ensuring your recipient remembers your thoughtful gift for years.
Will the flowers be fresh?
Yes! We work diligently to ensure that you receive the freshest possible flowers in your bouquet. Because of this, on rare occasions, we may substitute certain non-primary flowers in your bouquet for similar flowers.
Each bouquet is carefully packaged and transported to remain stunning and full of life when it arrives at your door. We know there’s nothing more disappointing than a bloom that doesn’t meet expectations!
Every bouquet is wrapped in a cotton towel and in the compostable bag to lock in moisture (No plastic involved! Please, compost the bag). We also include two bags of flower food with each bouquet to help extend the life of your gorgeous flowers.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We use Shopify as our credit-card processor, so your payment is secure!
Can I track my order and delivery?
Yes! We will send email notifications so you can track your order at every step. We will upload photos of your prepared bouquets to the order status page. You will be able to track delivery on the order status page too.
How do I care for my flowers?
We include care instructions with every bouquet. And, they are super simple:
- Mix provided flower food bag with 1 quart (4 cups) of water.
- Re-cutting is optional with FloraLife® Express technology. If you choose to re-cut, use a clean, sharp knife or cutting tool to cut off 1 inch from the bottom of the stems.
- Place the flower stems in a clean container filled with the flower food and water.
- Recycle the empty paper food packet!
Do you offer shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping option for our bouquets at this time.
We can only deliver our bouquets locally in Washington DC metropolitan area, or you can pick up your bouquet in our store at 8001 Forbes Place, Suite 104, Springfield, VA 22151.
Can I schedule a future delivery?
Yes, you can schedule a future delivery for a specific date and time.

We do not offer returns on our flower bouquets due to their perishable nature. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been prepared for delivery. However, if the order has already been prepared, we cannot offer a refund or cancellation.
