Choose your flowers online or contact us for a custom arrangement. Once your order is placed, our floral studio prepares your bouquet using fresh seasonal blooms, thoughtful color choices, and the design style Flower’s Cuddles is known for.

During checkout, you can enter the recipient’s address and delivery details. If your order is for an office, hotel, venue, apartment building, or gated location, please include helpful instructions such as business name, room number, front desk details, gate code, suite number, or event contact.

Our team delivers arrangements locally from our Springfield studio. Delivery availability, timing, and fees may vary by location, order size, and schedule.

Flowers’ Cuddles delivers to residential addresses, apartments, offices, hotels, restaurants, event spaces, and local venues throughout our service area.

For office deliveries, please include the company name, suite number, recipient phone number, and front desk instructions if available.

For hotel deliveries, include the hotel name, guest name, reservation name if different, check-in date, and whether the flowers should be delivered to the front desk, guest room, or event space.

For event and venue deliveries, include the venue name, event time, setup window, onsite contact, and any loading or access instructions.

Yes, we offer same-day delivery! Same-day delivery is available in the Washington DC metropolitan area if you place your order before 5 PM on weekdays or before 2 PM on weekends. Please note that holidays, such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, are busy times for Flowers’ Cuddles, so reach out early to secure a spot!

How long will my bouquet last?

We guarantee that your bouquet will last at least 7 days when you follow care instructions included with your bouquet. If your bouquet does not last 7 days, please contact us at info@flowerscuddles.com with a photo of your bouquet and your order number and we will work with you to promptly replace the bouquet.

Can I include a personalized message with my order?

Absolutely! Every flower delivery we provide allows you to include a personalized gift message. We'll print it on our environmentally-friendly 100% recycled postcard, ensuring your recipient remembers your thoughtful gift for years.

Will the flowers be fresh?

Yes! We work diligently to ensure that you receive the freshest possible flowers in your bouquet. Because of this, on rare occasions, we may substitute certain non-primary flowers in your bouquet for similar flowers. 

Each bouquet is carefully packaged and transported to remain stunning and full of life when it arrives at your door. We know there’s nothing more disappointing than a bloom that doesn’t meet expectations!

Every bouquet is wrapped in a cotton towel and in the compostable bag to lock in moisture (No plastic involved! Please, compost the bag). We also include two bags of flower food with each bouquet to help extend the life of your gorgeous flowers.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We use Shopify as our credit-card processor, so your payment is secure!

Can I track my order and delivery in Springfield, VA?

Yes! We will send email notifications so you can track your order at every step. We will upload photos of your prepared bouquets to the order status page. You will be able to track delivery on the order status page too.

How do I care for my flowers?

We include care instructions with every bouquet. And, they are super simple:

  •       Mix provided flower food bag with 1 quart (4 cups) of water.
  •       Re-cutting is optional with FloraLife® Express technology. If you choose to re-cut, use a clean, sharp knife or cutting tool to cut off 1 inch from the bottom of the stems.
  •       Place the flower stems in a clean container filled with the flower food and water.
  •       Recycle the empty paper food packet!

Do you offer shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping option for our bouquets at this time.

We can only deliver our bouquets locally in Washington DC metropolitan area, or you can pick up your bouquet in our store at 8001 Forbes Place, Suite 104, Springfield, VA 22151.

Can I schedule a future delivery?

Yes, you can schedule a future delivery for a specific date and time.
